It's Not About Us

Wow, this statement has never been more true for us than it is right now. For the past several years we have spent most of our time and energy on developing ourselves and others in the area of personal growth and leadership development.

With that knowledge came awareness. And not just 'awareness' of things we were seeking. It seems as though the things of greater importance sought after us! We knew early on that along with leadership came responsibility, so when our eyes were opened to the needs of our community, our nation and our world, we couldn't help but be compelled to make a difference.

You see, when we realized that it's all about the people, how could we not? We have come to value people as precious individuals, and we have also been given the tools to help those people. It wasn't hard to see the many areas that needed our help.... if only we would look. And look we did! We asked ourselves "how can we use what we have been so clearly blessed with to bless those around us?" As a family, as a team, we will continue asking that question.

Girl Repelling

Whether it is through building basketball courts for organizations desperate to help our youth, driveways for families in need, sending kids to camps or by being accessible to teach leadership and personal growth within our own company, local companies, or villages in Rwanda, Africa, our purpose remains the same. We will always be about people. It is our purpose, it is our mission, it is our calling. Can we be any more passionate?

It's really not about us.
